Before a child is admitted we hold an intensive talk with you, if possible in your own language
In the familiarisation period (three weeks as a rule), we expect you to keep yourself available on a flexible basis (apply for your voucher to the youth welfare office [Jugendamt] with four weeks’ notice before taking up a job or starting a course!)
Work placement
In view of its special profile, our institution prefers to offer practical work placement opportunities to vocational college trainees with a migratory background and to black Germans,
and migrants in vocational orientation schemes are also most welcome
We put our café
at the disposal of groups and societies in the evenings and at weekends
Our music and dancing room in the basement (30 m², laminate, heated)
can be used as a practice room from 4 pm onwards and at the weekend
